Our Principal Consultant Dr. Chan Wai Ming holds a PhD in research and is a member of ESOMAR (European Society for Opinion and Market Research). He has an MBA from University of Western Ontario and a BSc from NUS. He is a member of Singapore Institute of Directors, a Chartered IT practitioner UK and studied in Raffles Institution.
